On precious metals to cash gains

Precious metals such as gold, silver, and platinum continue to go vertical. Gold is now over $5,500/ounce, silver has exceeded $120/ounce and platinum is at $2,800/oz. As readers know, all three have been Haymaker favorites though we have been suggesting some gradual profit-taking. In many cases, the miners of these metals appear more attractive despite that they, too, have enjoyed extreme appreciation.
