First, a huge thanks to everyone who’s shared their thoughts with us over this past week or so. We always take reader feedback seriously and appreciate anyone willing to voice it.

What we’ve gathered in the aggregate is that trading-focused content is popular, that some of you miss the Champions, Contenders, DFTC sections, and that at least one reader liked the COWs.

So, taking those in order…

We will be increasingly focusing our Making Hay Monday content on a selection of specific equity/ETF highlights, with Tracked Portfolio adjustments applied as necessary. The aim here is to offer the “Quick-update Crowd” their key data points while also providing more comprehensive analyses for those who prefer deeper dives. In short, the drive-thru folks can skip ahead to our Tracked Portfolios for what they need; everyone else can dig in to the main content as they like.

One adjustment we’ll be applying to all Tracked Portfolios is a column indicating the recommended move for each listed item. You can regard this as a continuation of the Champions, Contenders, and DFTC lists, just arranged a bit differently.

As for the Charts of the Week, when we began publishing our Haymaker Dailies, each of which includes a chart or the like, the COWs seemed a bit redundant; thus, we retired them. However, we plan to run a monthly chartbook Haymaker.

The point of Haymaker is to democratize intensive market analysis for DIYers and give the everyday investor a volume of insights they might otherwise not have available to them. To that end, please let us know how well the newsletter is working for you from an actionable-investment standpoint. We’re looking to improve with every post and hope you get as much as possible from our efforts.

Now to a few specific questions.
